In our quest to create the best cookies, we knew we needed to use only the finest ingredients. That is why we use Ghirardelli® chocolates, pure cane sugars, unbleached flour, and U.S. Grade AA butter. Generosity is the rule with the amount of chips, nuts, raisins, and name brand candies that go into our cookie varieties. We have found that a high ratio of dark brown sugar to light brown and white sugar keeps our cookies moist for about ten days. Nobody likes a stale cookie! We bake for you the way we bake for ourselves…with only premium ingredients. Enjoy!
